Instructions
Drill a hole into a wall and insert a small hook, referred to here as hook A. Insert another hook, hook B, 20 feet from the first hook, adjacent to the wall. Tie the candle wick string to hook A and run the string back and forth six times between the two hooks, keeping the string as tight as possible.
Tie the end of the string to hook A, the starting point, and use scissors to cut off any excess string. Bend a piece of wire hanger to create a small circle and attach the wire to a drill bit. Slip the end of the string off of hook B and tie to the wire piece attached to the drill bit. Spin the drill bit counter-clockwise until the string is wound tight.
Untie the end of the string attached to the drill bit and slip though the circular piece of wire. Walk towards hook A, allowing the string to slide though the piece of wire. The string should fold in half. Tie the loose end to hook A so that both ends are tied to the starting point. Standing at the halfway point between hook A and hook B, spin the drill again so that the strings combine and become tightly wound around each other.
Remove the wire from the drill bit and slip off the string. Tie this end to the axle of a Yo-Yo while the other end is still attached to hook A. Finally, unhook the string from hook A and tie an adjustable knot that allows you to slip over your finger.
