How to Load an Airsoft Gun Cartridge

For years, Airsoft has been a leading manufacturer of toy and replica guns. You load Airsoft guns through a removable magazine, like a real firearm, containing projectiles to launch with compressed air. The guns typically fire a small, plastic "BB" like a single pellet of birdshot. The size and type of BB used, as well as the holding capacity of the cartridge, vary by the specific gun, but the loading procedure is the same for all.

Instructions

  Turn the safety on so that the gun doesn't accidentally fire when you replace the cartridge.

  Eject the cartridge. Use the button typically located near the top of the handle or where the top of the cartridge fits within the gun.

  Load the BBs. Push toward the magazine and down to load each BB. You must load each pellet individually until the magazine reaches capacity.

  Place the cartridge back into the gun.
- 5
  Turn off the safety and cock if needed when ready to fire.
