How to Reset a Yahtzee Wild Handheld Game

Yahtzee Wild is a handheld electronic game manufactured by Hasbro. After the batteries are replaced, or if the unit happens to freeze, a reset should be performed. A reset restores the factory settings to the game. It also resets all of your high scores. Once reset, your scores can not be retrieved.

Instructions

      Press and hold the recessed "Reset" button, located on the back of the game. To depress the button, you will have to push a straightened paper clip or pin into the hole.

      Release the "Reset' button after 10 seconds.

      Press and hold the "Roll" button, located on the right-hand side of the handheld game.

    • 4

      Release the "Roll" button after three seconds. When the display screen asks you to input the number of players, the unit has been reset.
