Flight
The heli's two-channel controller offers four directions of movement. Users can use the elevator controls to raise and lower the overall height of the heli and the tail rotor to determine its left or right facing. The heli always travels forward in its facing direction due to the additional weight in the nose of the Havoc Heli. Users can tap the right stick to the right in order to make the heli pitch forward and move or stop its forward momentum by moving the same stick slightly to the left.
Battery Life
The Havoc Heli offers a Li-Po battery with the ability to power flight for five to six minutes between recharges. The quick recharge unit resides in the heli's controller. Users should turn off the heli and plug its recharge cable directly into the controller to begin charging. A light on the controller turns green when the unit is fully recharged and ready for another flight. Batteries require recharging after every flight and keeping the batteries fully charged may help extend the life of the Havoc Heli and its components.
Maintenance
Maintenance of the Havoc Heli involves inspecting it for damage and removing any dust or debris that may clog the rotor blades. Damaged heli parts require replacement as soon as possible to prevent flight failure or potential damage to nearby people or objects. Dust, dirt or debris that works its way into the rotors of the helicopter will drastically reduce the heli's performance and may ruin the engine through overheating. Pilots should inspect the heli for dirt, debris or damage after every flight before recharging the Havoc Heli.
