Remove the clips that secure the body to the vehicle. The clips are found on top of the body and go through the body posts protruding from the top of the vehicle. Lift the body off the chassis and set it to the side.
Locate the small, 125 cc fuel tank mounted on the chassis. Lift the spring-loaded fuel door and fill the fuel tank with an adequate amount of nitro glow fuel.
Turn on the radio transmitter, followed by the receiver unit located on the vehicle. Install the body on the chassis, utilizing the body clips to secure the body to the chassis. Make sure that the trigger that controls the throttle on your radio transmitter is set to the neutral position.
Install a fully charged 7.2-volt battery inside the handheld EZ-Start device if you have not done so already.
Locate the four-prong EZ-Start plug protruding from the top side of the vehicle's body. Insert the EZ-Start handheld device's four-prong receptacle into the vehicle's plug.
Press the red button located on the EZ-Start handheld device in order to ignite the glow plug and activate the vehicle's start motor. Press the red button on the EZ-Start handheld device two seconds at a time in order to avoid overheating the starter motor.
Remove the EZ-Start handheld device from the vehicle once the engine starts. If your vehicle fails to start immediately, proceed to the next step.
Watch the fuel line to see whether fuel is reaching the engine. Cover the hole on the exhaust pipe and press the red button on the EZ-Start handheld device for a couple seconds in order to quickly drawl fuel to the engine; be careful not to flood the engine with fuel. The exhaust pipe connects to the engine, is cylindrical in shape and protrudes from the side of the vehicle.
Remove your thumb from the exhaust port and press the red button on the EZ-Start handheld device in order to start the engine. Remove the EZ-Start handheld device once the engine starts.
