Tech Deck Horse
Choose a word that players will spell out. Pick "skate" or "deck" for shorter games or "Tech Deck" for longer games.
Sit players in a circle around a table or any flat surface. Allow each player to have one Tech Deck.
Choose a player to start the game. Announce the trick that you will perform as the first player. For example, you may choose to perform a kickflip.
Perform the chosen trick with your deck. You must successfully land the trick. Skip to the next person if you fail. He names and performs a trick and play continues.
Move clockwise around the circle with each player performing the same trick. Each person who lands the trick is safe.
Obtain a letter if you miss the trick. Continue until you reach the player who named the trick.
Move clockwise to the next player. He chooses a new trick and the game continues with players obtaining letters for every miss. If you spell out the chosen word, you are out of the game.
Continue playing until one player remains; he is declared the winner.
Trick Run for Points
Set up Tech Deck ramps, rails, and bowls to form a small skate park.
Assign a point value to each obstacle in the park, such as 50 points to the rail and 30 points to the ramp. Assign point values for tricks, such as five points for an ollie, 10 points for a nollie, 15 points for a heelflip and 20 points for a kickflip. These tricks are the only ones allowed to be performed in the game.
Set a time limit. Each player is allowed to perform as many tricks as possible with as many obstacles as possible in the time limit.
Choose one person to act as a referee who watches each trick run. The referee will write down the tricks and obstacles used during a run.
Start a trick run and trick over the obstacles of the skate park while performing additional tricks as you move around. Add up the points for the run. Repeat with all players. The winner is the player who scores the highest points for his run.
