If you want to make a paper ramp for your miniature skateboard, look no further than the recycle bin in your kitchen. Thin, cardboard-like cereal boxes or popcorn boxes make excellent bases for your ramps and can be cut up to make the actual ramps. Take a look around your house, gather some materials and have fun making your own miniature skate park for a fraction of the cost of a set from the store.

1
Cut the top off of the box.
-
2
Cut down the two long edges on each side of the front of the box to create a flap.
-
-
3
Push the flap down to create a ramp inside the box. Make it as steep as you like, then tape the flap down so that it doesn't move.

Cover your ramp with the contact paper, cutting it as you go. Contact paper has a sticky back, so you'll need to remove the paper backing as you go.
