Using Your Cube

• The cubes are very basic in their construction. There are three buttons on the front. The first controls sound, the second enters "stick game" mode and functions as an "on" button, and the third button displays the high score of your Cube Worlder's stick game. There is also a reset button that can be pushed with a small pin or other tool to erase the high score and restart a stuck cube. The cubes are also very sensitive to changes and your stick figures will fall over and attempt to climb if you roll the cubes on their sides.

Stick Games

• Every Cube World has its own stick game. These games allow you to play with your cube figures in a competitive event such as pull-ups or jump rope. Access these games by hitting the middle button. High scores on each game are displayed on demand and can create a great sense of accomplishment amongst friends with their own cubes. Stick figures will also interact with their in-cube items such as sticks, balls, dogs or ropes in humorous ways. There is no death in Cube World and they do not require regular feeding or cleanup like Tamagotchi.

Playing with Friends

• The most amusing aspect of Cube World is its interaction with other cubes. If you have Slim, the stick cube, he will actually challenge other connected cubes to a duel with the sticks. The same is true of the other Cube Worlders and their items. They love to share their balls and play games with dogs in other connected cubes. Connect the cubes by placing the magnets on the sides, tops or bottoms of the cubes together. The Cube Worlders will sense the connection and wander into the other cubes, closing the blinds on their cube if they leave. Cube Worlders sing and play games when connected in ways that they could never accomplish alone.
