How to Make a Squirt Gun

Unscrew the cap off a plastic water bottle. Paint the water bottle your desired color (use spray paint). Black works well for an imitation gun.

Poke a hole in the top of the water bottle cap using a thumbtack or a small nail. Hammer the nail or tack in if you're having a hard time poking it through the cap.

Spray paint the cap to match the bottle. Add stencils, spray paint or acrylics to design the bottle. You could paint the bottle to look like a gun, an animal with the opening as its mouth or simply use abstract designs.

Fill the bottle with water and screw the cap on tight. Take aim and squeeze the bottle. Make as many of these squirt guns as you'd like.
