Instructions for a FurReal Pet's Squawking Parrot

FurReal Friends are furry animals that respond to your love and affection. The FurReal Friends can teach your child how to take care of pets. All pets need lots of attention and the FuReal Friends Newborn Baby Bird (Macaw Parrot) is no exception. Your child will have to feed and cuddle the baby bird to make sure it stays happy and content. The FurReal newborn parrot will squawk and flap its wings when it needs a drink.

Instructions

  Place your child's finger under the feet so that the newborn parrot can "perch." The feet will grip your child's fingers as she pets the newborn parrot. Stop petting to release the parrot's feet.

  When the newborn parrot squawks and flaps its wings, it's time to feed it. Press the newborn parrot bottle (which comes with the parrot) between the parrot's beak. The bird will stop squawking and flapping its wings.

  Replace the batteries in the battery bay (AAA batteries) when functioning slows down or stops.
