Things You'll Need
Instructions
Decide how big you'd like your net to be, depending on the layout of your room, how much room you have and how many stuffed animals you have. Most nets generally stick out about 3 feet from the corner.
Measure the corner of your room where you'd like the net to hang. Make a small pencil mark on both walls at the end of your measurement.
Use your measuring tape to measure from one pencil mark to the other. This will be the third measurement for your triangle-shaped net.
Cut your nylon netting to fit your measurements. If you don't have a big enough piece of nylon to meet the measurements, think about making a smaller net, because it can be complicated to try to sew pieces together.
Use a sewing machine to sew a small seam, about 1/2 inch, all the way around the edges of the triangle to make the edges stronger. This does not need to be exact; it can be eyeballed.
Screw four hooks into the wall. Two should be at the pencil marks, on the outer edges. The other two should be near the corner of the wall. Put one on either side of the corner, about 1 inch away from the corner.
Put the finished net into the corner by hanging the nylon on the hooks. After it is hung, take a needle and thread and sew a few stitches to secure the net to each of the hooks. This will hold the net in place and keep it from coming off the hooks.
