Location
Feature codes are found on Webkinz products that have a "W" and "+" symbol, such as bath products, pet clothing and trading cards. A full list of products is available in the Code Shop screen of your Webkinz account.
Prizes
Feature codes give you bonus gifts when you enter them into the Code Shop screen of your Webkinz account. The gifts are randomly generated and can be objects or KinzCash virtual money.
Use
A feature code can be used only once. When entered, the Webkinz.com server records the number and prevents it from being entered again.
Benefits
Feature codes give you rare items for your Webkinz account that you cannot purchase in the W shop or any other part of the Webkinz site.
Errors
Double-check your typing if you receive an error when entering a Webkinz feature code. If the problem persists, Gantz, the manufacturer, will investigate the problem if you notify it by mail. See the Features Code FAQ listed in Resources for the address.
