Things You'll Need
Instructions
Deflate the raft and clean the area around the split with alcohol to remove any residue or debris.
Cut the patch material to cover the tear. Make sure that you cut it at least two inches wider than the tear all the way around.
Apply the adhesive to the patch and press it flat into the tear area. Make sure that you center the patch when you put it in place.
Press down on the patch and then start to smooth it to push out any bubbles.
Allow to dry for about an hour before testing for air tightness. Blow the raft back up and sit on it. Use your hand to feel around the patch and see if any air escapes.
