Resting cooked beef tenderloin
After the tenderloin has cooked, let it rest in the cooking dish for 10 minutes.
Once the tenderloin has rested, use a large meat fork to transfer it to a cutting board.
Use the fork to secure the tenderloin before cutting it.
Use the knife to cut the meat at a 45-degree angle. Slice the meat the desired width---one-quarter-inch thick is recommended.
Transfer the meat to a serving platter and serve.
