Place a 4-tabbed rod on a table with an end facing you. Place a second rod to the right side of the first rod. Separate the two rods by about 4 inches.

Hold a four-tabbed block horizontally. Place the block's second tab from the left on the second tab from the bottom of the leftmost rod. Place the block's second tab from the right on the second tab from the bottom of the rightmost rod. Hold a second four-tabbed block horizontally. Secure it to the tabs above those where the first block is now located in the same manner as was just done.

Place an eight-tabbed block on the table vertically. Place a two-tabbed block on the end of the eight-tabbed block that is closest to you. Place a two-tabbed block on the eight-tabbed block in front of the two-tabbed block. Place a four-tabbed cover block on the eight-tabbed block in from to the two-tabbed block.

Place an end of a rod into the center of the two-tabbed block. Place the bottom of a two-sided valve into the top of the rod. Place an end of a stick block into each side of the valve.

Place an end of a tube into the side of the block closest to you. Place an end of a 4-tabbed block into the other end of the tube. Place a stick rod on top of the tube. Press down on the stick rod to secure it to the tube and four-tabbed block.

Hold an angled block with the protruding tab facing up. Place the bottom of the angled block against the end of the stick rod that is closest to you.
