Instructions
Practice doing pirouettes while hovering and inverted. Pirouetting a remote-controlled helicopter requires you to constantly adjust the pitch on the left stick by toggling it up and down while you move the right stick to the left or right to make the helicopter spin. Watch the tail of the helicopter and keep it even with the body of the helicopter using the left stick.
Practice doing pirouettes while moving back and forth by using the right stick to pirouette and move the helicopter in any direction, while using the left stick to keep the tail parallel to the ground. This helps you practice controlling the helicopter while pirouetting, making it easier for you to do a piro flip.
Begin your piro flip by hovering slightly above the ground, then pirouette using the skills you previously practiced.
Toggle your left and right sticks upwards when the tail spins around to face you, while continuing the pirouette motion with the left stick. This makes the helicopter flip while you are pirouetting.
Adjust the tail so that it is parallel to the ground. Toggle the left stick while continuing to pirouette with the right stick, once the helicopter has completed a full flip.
