Instructions

    • 1

Take Thomas out of his box and set him gently on his side on the flat surface to access his battery compartment.

    • 2

Undo screws on the bottom of Thomas with the cross-head screwdriver to get into his battery area. Place the battery cover and screws to the side.

    • 3

Insert the three 1.5-V LR44 batteries into Thomas, making sure the "+" signs on the batteries line up with the "+" signs inside the battery compartment.

    • 4

Screw the battery cover back into Thomas. Lift gently and stand him up on the surface.

    • 5

Set Thomas on the carpet or other soft surface. Turn him on by moving the switch on his back to the right. Use the first circular setting to play authentic engine sounds. Use the second music note setting to play the "Thomas and Friends" theme song. Move the switch to "off" when finished, to save battery life.
