How to Wire an EZ Track

Both children and adults can enjoy playing with a model train. There are many options for train sizes, and different types of track. EZ track is one of the easiest types to put together and run. Each piece slides together and snaps into place with little effort. Even younger children can assemble it successfully. Once you have put the track together, the next step is to supply power. EZ track also makes this step easy.

Things You'll Need

Power pack
Screwdriver
Wires

  Loosen the screws for the DC power terminals on the back of the power pack.

  Insert the forked ends of the wire underneath the screws and tighten the screws. Each forked end should only touch one screw and nothing more.

  Locate the re-railer track. This piece of track will look different than the others and will have a set of metal clips on the bottom.

  Slide the slips on the other end of the wire over the clips at the bottom of the re-railer track.
- 5
  Connect all of the track pieces tightly to create a full circuit.

  Plug the power pack into a power outlet in the wall. The power pack will now control the trains on the track.
