How to Disable the Gyro on an E-Flite CX2

Beginners and experienced RC helicopter enthusiasts alike can use the E-Flite Blade CX2 Electric Coaxial Micro Helicopter. It comes with a control unit that makes adjusting the gyro gain a simple procedure. Once you've located the clearly marked dial you'll be able to increase or decrease the gyro gain to your liking and can even disable it altogether.

     Activate the transmitter and plug the battery into the battery lead of the "3-in-1" control unit.

     Locate the gyro gain trimmer pot dial in the upper left area of the "3-in-1" control unit.

   • 3

     Turn the gyro gain trimmer pot counterclockwise to decrease the gyro gain. Turn this dial counterclockwise as far as it can go to completely disable the gyro.
