Things You'll Need
Instructions
Place safety gear such as helmet, elbow pads and knee pads on.
Place your left and right foot on each of the foot grips that extend from the front wheel of the tri scooter. Ensure you are facing forwards on the scooter with both of your feet on a separate foot grip pointing towards the handlebar.
Grab the handle bar with both hands while your feet remain on the left and right foot grip. Two break handles attached to the handlebar allow you to control speed once the tri scooter is in motion
Begin "scissor kicking" or "swim kicking" by keeping your hands on the handle bar and feet planted on the foot grips. Using your upper leg muscles, bring your legs together and apart in an inward and outward continuous motion while your legs remain fully extended.
Continue this leg motion to facilitate the tri scooters movement and gain a desired speed.
Slowly squeeze left and right handle breaks at the same time in an inward motion to bring the tri scooter to a halt when desired.
