Things You'll Need
Instructions
Remove the body from the RC buggy and set it to the side. The body is secured to the chassis with removable cotter pins, located at the nose of the vehicle and near the rear wing spoiler.
Fill the fuel tank with an adequate amount of nitro glow fuel. Use an approved fuel container to fill the fuel tank to avoid spills. Clean any spilled fuel off your hands and vehicle immediately to avoid damage or personal injury.
Examine the fuel line connected to the engine's carburetor for a primer bulb. Squeeze the primer bulb rapidly, until you have successfully pumped enough fuel through the fuel line to reach the engine's carburetor. If your particular vehicle does not feature a priming bulb, cover the exhaust pipe outlet with your thumb, while pulling the engine's pull starter rope several times, until the fuel reaches the carburetor.
Pull the pull starter a few more times to prime the combustion chamber with fuel.
Turn on the radio transmitter, followed by the vehicle's radio receiver. Test for proper throttle and steering control functionality.
Fit the glow starter onto the glow plug, located on the top portion of the engine, recessed within the heatsink.
Pull the engine's pull starter until the motor successfully starts and idles steadily. Once the engine starts, remove the glow starter from the engine and extend the transmitter's antenna.
