How to Add a Second Battery to the Fisher-Price Arctic Cat Prowler Ride-on

The Fisher-Price Arctic Cat is a battery-operated ride-on toy that is suited for driving on rugged terrain, such as mud and ruts. It features seatbelts, a working tailgate, a glove compartment and front and rear storage. It drives at two different speeds or in reverse. The Arctic Cat comes with a 12-volt battery and a recharger. By purchasing a second battery to keep charged, you can ensure that the toy will always be ready to use.

Instructions

    • 1

Plug the charger connector into the second battery and into an electrical outlet. The power indicator will illuminate, indicating that the battery is charging.

    • 2

Charge the battery for at least 18 hours.

    • 3

Unplug the battery from the charger.

    • 4

Undo the straps from the buttons on both sides of the hood of the car.

    • 5

Open the hood of the vehicle.

    • 6

Unplug the motor harness connector from the battery already installed in the car.

    • 7

    • 8

Pull the hood of the car back down and fasten the straps to the buttons on both sides.
