Power
All Fisher-Price motors by Power Wheels are heavy-duty fan-cooled motors. Each type of motor is created to handle different weights and provide different speeds, depending on the child's age. The age groups are divided into separate categories. Toddler-aged children, ranging from 1 to 3 years old, holding up to 40 pounds, typically use a one-speed motor with 2 MPH range. The preschool-aged children, ranging from 18 months to 6 years old, with a 65-pound weight limit, typically use a one-speed motor with a 2.5 to 3.5 MPH speed range. As for the advanced category, children 3 and up, with passenger seating, holding up to 130 pounds, use a two-speed motor, with a 2.5 to 5 MPH range.
