How to Make a Train Track Table

For the train enthusiast, assembling a model train track table will keep freight in the miniature world moving. If you lay your track directly on the floor or a carpet, then dust and debris can get caught in small working parts of your set, causing unwanted consternation. A model train track table will place your layout on display while keeping working the parts in top shape. The table is semi-permanent and allows for variations in layout as your layout expands and changes.
