Instructions

    • 1
      A piece of cardboard

Cut a 2-inch x 1 ½ inch piece out of the 5-inch side of the cardboard.

    • 2
      Wooden skewers

Stick the skewer into the cardboard, near the outer edge. The skewer should stick out evenly on each side.

    • 3
      Tape

Wrap masking or duct tape around the center of the skewer that is showing. This will keep the rubber band in place.

    • 4
      CDs

Using poster putty, attach the washer and the CD to the skewer. Place poster putty on the washer to attach it to the CD and the skewer securely. Repeat with the second washer and CD.

    • 5

Secure one end of the rubber band to the cardboard, opposite the skewer/axle.

    • 6

Wind the rubber band around the tape on the axle. Wrap the rubber band very tightly and let it go.
