How to Do Tricks on a Tech Deck

Tech Decks are small skateboards that you can play with by simply using your fingers. They are children's toys but anyone can play with them. They can prove to be useful learning tools when you are a skateboarder because you can see what you need to do with your feet on the board in order to accomplish tricks. You can also find larger Tech Decks that you play with by the hands instead of the fingers. Each deck has a cool design on the bottom just like a real skateboard.

Small rail

Rail

  Set up the small rail on a flat surface with the surrounding areas clear of clutter and debris.

  Put your first two fingertips on top of the tech deck.

  Roll it toward the railing.

  Using the traction of the board and your fingertips, pull up on the board and grind it down the middle of the board long ways over the railing.

  Repeat until you land it smoothly.
Sliding

  Place your fingers on the board as described in Section 1.

  Roll the Tech Deck toward the railing.
- 8
  Slide the board on one end on the outside of the wheels in a perpendicular fashion to the railing, or on the middle of the board.
