Instructions
Empty the fuel supply from the car and then remove the exhaust pipe and fuel line from the engine. Run the vehicle̵7;s engine until the fuel tank empties and the engine stops. Remove the exhaust pipe by unscrewing it from the car body and slipping the pipe end from the mounting hole in the side of the engine.
Remove the screws securing the engine to your RC car body from the bottom of the car. Slip the engine out from the mount on the body once the screws are removed.
Remove the four screws that secure the pull start to the body of the engine and slip the pull start from its mount hole on the starter shaft. Do not remove the hexagonal one-way bearing nut located around the engine starter shaft.
Place the electric start adapter onto the engine where the pull start was located. Place the adapter so that the flat end is against the engine body with the hexagon starter hole rising from the engine. Slide the adapter hole over the hexagonal one way bearing and align the screw holes of the adapter with those on the engine body. Secure the electric start adapter to the engine body using the four screws you removed from the pull start. Electric starter kits can be purchased at hobby shops specializing in RC racing.
Mount the engine back onto the car body, and secure it in place with the screws inserted through the bottom of the RC car body.
Stick the exhaust pipe into the engine and then secure it to the car body using the screw you removed from it. Reconnect the fuel line to the engine
