Turn the car over, so that the bottom is facing upwards. Push the bumper support into the notch at the front of the car, with the ribs facing upwards, and secure it with the screws provided in a clockwise direction using a Philips screwdriver.
Slide the front bumper onto the bumper support and secure it with the six screws provided, using the Philips screwdriver in a clockwise direction.
Slide onto the front axle a washer, a bushing, the front wheel and a wheel cover. Repeat this for both front axle shafts. Secure both wheels with a lock nut and tighten in a clockwise direction with the assembly tool provided. Snap a hub cap onto all four wheels and turn the Mustang right-side-up.
Secure the top side of the front bumper with the six screws provided in a clockwise direction, using the Philips screwdriver. Attach the front mirrors with two screws, each in a clockwise direction, using the Philips screwdriver.
Place the windshield assembly onto the mounting posts and plug the wiring harness connector from the engine bay into it. Secure the windshield assembly to the car with the six screws provided, using the Philips screwdriver in a clockwise direction. Affix the labels and decals to the car, as instructed in the owner̵7;s manual.
Place three AA batteries into the battery compartment in the dashboard. Insert the tabs at the back of the hood into the slots at the back of the windshield. Close the hood. Use the three screws provided and secure the back of the seat by turning in the screws, using the Philips screwdriver in a clockwise direction.
Place the shaft of the steering wheel through the hole in the dashboard. Turn the car over and attach the looped end of the shaft into the fitting located on the steering linkage. Secure the shaft with the screw provided, then snap the fastener cap onto the screw head. Turn the vehicle upright and secure the steering wheel with the pin provided. Place the steering wheel cap onto the wheel and tighten the two screws provided, using the Philips screwdriver in a clockwise direction.
