Things You'll Need
Instructions
Open the controller/charger cover and remove the charging wire. Turn the helicopter power switch to "off" and plug the charging wire into the socket on the side of the helicopter. Charge the helicopter battery until the blinking LED turns off.
Select the A, B, or C frequency with the switch on the bottom of the helicopter. Set the controller to the same frequency. If you're flying more than one helicopter, set each to a different frequency.
Turn the Air Hog's power switch to "on." Set the helicopter on a level surface and slowly push the throttle stick forward until the helicopter raises 2 to 3 feet above the floor or ground.
Adjust the trim if necessary. If the helicopter turns clockwise, repeatedly press the "L" trim button until the rotation stops. If it turns counter-clockwise, repeatedly press the "R" button.
Increase altitude by pressing the throttle forward slowly. Fly forward with a slight right turn by pushing the rudder stick to the right. Push the rudder to the left to straighten the turn or to fly forward while turning left.
Land the Air Hog by slowly pulling back on the throttle to decrease the altitude.
