Things You'll Need
Instructions
Turn the toy on its side for easier access. Next, remove the push nuts with your pliers, and then take off the lock washers.
Remove the toy's wheels and the flat washers. Set aside all the washers and nuts that you remove.
Pull out the toy's broken axle. Take the steel rod and cut it to the correct length for the toy.
Put the new axle in place. Install the flat washers and reattach the wheels.
Slide the lock washers on the wheels, and then set the toy on its side. You may want to place one wheel in a piece of wood to help hold the toy in place.
Slip a push nut over the wheel facing upwards. Carefully use the hammer to get it into place. Flip over the toy, and do the same thing to the other side.
