Instructions
Read the entire instructions provided by the manufacturer before starting to assemble the scooter.
Check the size of the tools needed for the nuts and bolts such as metric or US before you begin.
Use a good gear grease and have lots of shop rags or paper towels close by to keep your hands clean.
Lay out the larger pieces by steps - such as the footboard, handle bar, and wheels.
Keep the gear section and its bolts all together and to one side of your work area.
Place the nuts and bolts for the assembly of the larger pieces next to your tools, within easy reach.
Place the handle bar in position and bolt into place according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Assemble the wheels and axles if needed.
Bolt the axle into the base of scooter at the specified location.
Assemble the gears and brakes.
Affix the gear and brake box to the handle bars and to the base according to the diagram provided by the company.
Test the gears and brakes for tension and adjust if needed.
Grease any joints.
Attach any stickers or decals provided.
