How to Adjust a PowerWing Handlebar Height

While not quite a bicycle, the Razor PowerWing shares at least some of a bicycle's features. Like a bicycle, the PowerWing relies on a handlebar for steering and control. The effectiveness of steering and control rely partly on individual comfort. Adjusting handlebar height, allows the rider to customize the PowerWing to find a more comfortable fit.

Instructions

    • 1

Turn the black knob near the base of the handlebar assembly clockwise to loosen the handlebar folding mechanism. Pivot the knob forward.

    • 2

Fold the handlebar assembly to the side, exposing the stem bolt atop the PowerWing head tube.

    • 3

Turn the stem bolt counterclockwise until loose. The bolt requires a 5 mm hexagonal wrench.

    • 4

Raise or lower the stem connecting the handlebar assembly to the head tube. Adjust the height.

    • 5

Check that the black knob is in line with the front wheel. Use the 5 mm hexagonal wrench to tighten the stem bolt. Tighten the bolt enough to allow the handlebar and front wheel to pivot together. A loose bolt will cause the the handlebar and wheel to go out of alignment.

    • 6

Raise the handlebar assembly to its upright position.

    • 7

Pivot the black knob upright. Turn the knob clockwise to secure the adjustment.
