Things You'll Need
Instructions
Cut out a rectangular piece from the back end of your wooden or cardboard toy boat. Leave at least 1-inch worth of boat on either side of the cut-out.
Cut ¼ inch off of each side of the rectangular cut-out so that there is a gap between it and where it was cut away.
Wrap a rubber band around the back of the toy boat so that it crosses halfway down the gap on the back of the boat.
Slip the cut-out through the rubber band and twist it until the rubber band is taut and you can̵7;t twist it anymore. This is the propeller for your toy boat. Now when you put the boat on the water and release the propeller, it will move through the water.
