How Do You Beat the Octopus That's in the Game Zelda: Ocarina of Time?

Bigocto will appear without much warning in "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time." You'll meet up with this gigantic octopus deep within Jabu-Jabu's Belly, one of the game's expansive and dangerous dungeons. Inside Bigocto's chamber, there isn't much room to fight. You'll have to navigate around a large platform that nearly occupies the entire room, leaving Link only two directions to run. To expose Bigocto's weakness within these close quarters, put your faith in your Boomerang.

Instructions

- 1
  Press the "Z" button to lock onto Bigocto. Get in close and stun him with your Boomerang. Bigocto will be motionless for a few seconds, then he will start running in a random direction. If he runs toward you, stun him again. Once Bigocto is running away from you, begin pursuing him.

  Chase Bigocto as he runs around the room. Close the distance by sticking close to the spinning platform in the middle of the area. Beware of the spikes on the platform; if you get too close, Link will be harmed.

  Press the "Z" button to target Bigocto when he's in range. Hit him with the Boomerang to stun him again. Damage Bigocto by performing a jump attack on the green eye on his back. Repeat the process once more to defeat him.
