How to Find Zelda in Ganon's Tower

The final confrontation in "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" takes place in Ganon's Tower. After you retrieve all six Spirit Medallions, you return to the Temple of Time, where Sheik/Princess Zelda is waiting for you. She explains the legend of the Triforce, specifically that you are the holder of the Triforce of Courage and that she is the holder of the Triforce of Wisdom. After Zelda gives you the Light Arrows, Ganon transports her to his tower, and you have to go rescue her and defeat him.

Instructions

  Exit the Temple of Time and go toward Ganon's Tower, formerly Hyrule Castle. Approach the edge of the moat, and the sages will create a rainbow bridge to cross.

  Enter the tower. After passing through an antechamber, you will come to the center chamber. The central tower is blocked by a magical barrier, leading to six seals. You have to disable these seals.

  Navigate each of these six chambers: Forest, Fire, Water, Shadow, Spirit and Light. Go for the Shadow chamber first, represented by the purple insignia above the door. You get the Golden Gauntlets there, which you need to navigate the Fire seal room. Shoot the barrier at the end of each chamber with a Light Arrow.

  Go into the central tower.

  Make your way up the central tower. You will encounter three rooms of enemies: Lizalfos, Stalfos and Iron Knuckles. Ganon waits for you on the top floor, along with Princess Zelda.
