How to Get the Key on the Ledge in Ocarina of Time

After you collect the fifth key in the Gerudo Training Grounds in "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time," you will find yourself in a large room with several columns and a high ledge with a key that seems to be totally inaccessible. As with most of the rooms in the Gerudo Training Grounds, not everything is as it seems. There is a safe way up to the ledge, but you must summon it with your Ocarina.

     Jump down to the first platform to the left of the beginning area. This is the column with the silver Rupee on it.

     Jump over to the next platform. There is nothing on this platform and it is the one just before the high ledge.

   • 3

     Equip the Ocarina and play the Song of Time. This will make two large blocks appear. Jump onto the first block. From here, you can climb up to the ledge with the key.
