Instructions
Walk up to the warp pad upon entrance to the temple. Go up the stairs and, after being played a Mayan song, stand on the swirling blue warp pad. This activates it so you can return here later if needed.
Go to the right and dive in the pool of water. Grab the Jinjo inside and then jump out again. Make your way toward the center of the level, heading up the sloped path that surrounds the temple. Pick up as many Notes as you can on the way up. Ensure you get at least 25 of them.
Look for a piece of metal in the ground with a flashing red light on it. This is a silo, like the ones found in the "Isle O' Hags" level. Talk to Jamjars and give him 25 Notes in exchange for being taught the "Egg Aim." This enables you to being up a sight before firing your eggs, so you're able to aim more efficiently. Perform this move by pressing "C Up" on the Nintendo 64 controller.
Continue walking up the slope after practicing firing some eggs using your new aiming mechanism. Collect 20 more Notes on your way up to the stairs. Walk up the stairs, which can be found on your left side. Look up to the top of the building and note the six snake heads with open mouths.
Fire eggs into the mouths of the snake heads. Use your "Egg Aim" skill to get the eggs into the snake's mouths. This skill is useful throughout the game when you have a target which is on a higher level than yourself. Fire eggs into all six mouths to open the door.
Walk inside the now open door to speak to Chief Bloatazin. After he tells you about the missing Sacred Relic, he will open a door which allows your easier access to the treasure room in future.
