Sewer Shark Sega CD Instructions

In 1992's "Sewer Shark" for the Sega CD console, you must pilot a vehicle called the Hole Hawg to rid the underground tunnels, which are called "tubes" in the game, of mutated creatures. Due to environmental disaster, humanity has moved underground, and your task is to keep the tubes near Solar City free of the vermin. This was the first home game to use full-motion video for some of the sequences

Instructions

- 1
  Press the "Start" button both to pause the game and to skip introductory sequences.

  Use the directional pad to target enemies with your Gatling gun when steering controls are off. Use the directional pad is used to move your Hole Hawg vehicle when the steering controls are on.

  Turn steering controls on with the "B" button. Once you make a turn, these controls turn off automatically. Press "B" before each turn you make in the sewer.

  Fire the Gatling gun with the "A" button. It will shoot at whatever object is located in the crosshairs.
- 5
  Shoot hydrogen flares with the "C" button. This explodes hydrogen in the area in front of you when you reach levels that have high amounts of the flammable gas. The flares are only used when the hydrogen meter reaches red critical levels.
