How to Throw Bombs in Super Bomberman 2

"Super Bomberman 2" for the Super Nintendo carries on the tradition of the "Bomberman" franchise that combines puzzle-solving and action-style gameplay. However, the game also features a special battle mode, wherein you can fight up to three other players using bombs and powerups that grant special abilities. Powerups appear randomly throughout each stage, though not every powerup appears in all stages. For example, the powerup that allows you to throw bombs only appears in stages 1, 2, 6, 8 and 10.

     Get the powerup for throwing bombs. This takes the form of a glove. Walk over the powerup to pick it up and gain its ability.

     Press "A" to drop a bomb. Do not move once the bomb has been dropped.

   • 3

     Press "A" a second time to pick the bomb back up, then press "A" again to throw it.
