In Twoson, you'll find a man sitting at a table outside the hotel. Speak to him repeatedly; each conversation will be different. Eventually (usually after about 20 times) he will give you $50 to stop bugging him. This will make up for the cost of staying in the hotel.
Infinite Rock Candy
This trick will let you use Rock Candy an infinite number of times in battles. Place Rock Candy in one of the two bottom spots in your inventory, and then use the Rock Candy in battle in combination with condiments such as Jars of Delisauce or Sugar Packets. If you use the Rock Candy in this manner, it will not deplete. However, if you place Rock Candy in the other inventory slots, the trick will not work. Using Rock Candy in battles increases your stats when you earn enough experience to level up.
Easier Battles
You can use this cheat to make battles easier, and you can sometimes avoid them entirely. When you enter a room and encounter a lot of enemies, exit the room and then go back inside. The number of foes in the room will change. Repeat this process until the room has very few or no enemies inside to advance to the next part of the game unhindered.
Experience Boost
Travel to Scaraba Desert and look for a small red bug, which is called the Criminal Caterpillar. This bug will run from you. Follow it around until it finally fights you. The battle is extremely easy, yet you will notch 28,000 experience points. Leave the desert and return to hunt another Criminal Caterpillar. This will help you level up quickly. If you run low on health, visit the nearby hotel to sleep and regain your energy.
