How to Kill the Wizard in Lemmy's Castle

"Super Mario World" is a Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) video game released by Nintendo in 1990. This game features eight castles, each of which is situated in different parts of Dinosaur Land and is operated by one of Bowser's children. Lemmy Koopa operates the Vanilla Dome castle and he makes use of wizard magikoopas to keep Mario away from his lair. Though the magikoopas respawn, you can defeat them to delay the respawn time, making your journey safer.

Instructions

  Play through "Super Mario World" as normal until you reach the Vanilla Dome castle. Press "A" to start the level.

  Walk to your right until you see a magickoopa appear below you. Wait a moment as he shoots magic toward you. Step away just before the block hits, making the block disappear. After a second, the magickoopa disappears.

  Drop down to the level below you. Wait for the magikoopa to reappear beside you. Avoid the magikoopa's attack if he does not appear near you; by the time you run up to him and jump, he will fire a fatal attack.

  Jump on the magikoopa's head immediately after he appears beside you. This knocks him into the lava, and you have a few extra seconds to run to the next area before he reappears.
