How to Get a Jet in Mercenaries

"Mercenaries" is a third-person, action, shooter, video game that sees you fighting for control of North Korea. You come up against enemies from China and Russia and must hunt down and kill 52 of the most notorious members of the North Korean "government." One of the most effective, if blunt, methods of blowing up all and sundry items while on the hunt for the 52 is to call in air strikes carried out by jet fighters and planes.

Instructions

  Press "Up" on your D-Pad to scroll through the available air strikes.

  Choose from one of the many jet plane air strikes available; these include the Air Superiority strike carried out by a F/A-22 Raptor at a cost of $160,000, a Bunker Buster Bomb carried out by a F-15E Strike Eagle for $280,000 and the game's most costly air strike, the Carpet Bomb carried out by the B-52 Stratofortress for $400,000.

  Press the right trigger on your controller to select this air strike and wait for the plane to appear overhead to begin its bombing run.
