How to Defeat Ghosts on The Legend of Zelda on NES

"The Legend of Zelda" for the Nintendo Entertainment System is one of the best-selling and most popular fantasy action-adventure games of all-time. Having sold more than 59 million copies since the game was first released in 1986, it has developed into a series of games spawning 15 titles across all Nintendo platforms. Numerous types of monsters stand in Link's way throughout the game, including the ghost-like Ghinis found in several graveyards in the game.

Instructions

- 1
  Throw your boomerang at the first Ghini to appear when entering a graveyard. Hitting it with your boomerang will cause it to be stunned for several seconds. The boomerang can be found in the first dungeon of the game.

  Avoid other Ghinis that appear in the graveyard. Other Ghinis can appear if you touch the tombstones in the graveyard, but these ghosts will be invulnerable to all attacks.
- 3
  Attack the first Ghini ghost to appear using your sword. Several hits with it should be enough to defeat the ghost. Once you kill the first Ghini, all others that have appeared will then disappear.
