How to Get Din's Fire in Ocarina of Time

The "Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time" places the control of Link in your hands once again. In this version, your main objective is to ward off a familiar foe in Ganondwarf. As Ganondwarf threatens the land of Hyrule, you must put an end to his life. Din's Fire can help you accomplish the job by allowing Link to cast a fire attack, dealing major damage to enemies. You can acquire Din's Fire near Hyrule Castle, although you can only do so if you are young Link.

Instructions

- 1
  Exit the market to the pathway that leads to Hyrule Castle. Look to your right for vines growing up the side of a cliff. Climb the vines to the top.

  Run straight ahead and jump onto the path past the gate. Run toward the large rock.

  Place a bomb next to the rock and run away. The rock blows up, revealing a hole. Venture into the hole and arrive in a Great Fairy's Fountain.
- 4
  Position yourself on the golden Triforce. Equip the Ocarina of Time and play Zelda's Lullaby, which is C-left, C-up, C-right, C-left, C-up and C-right. The song will summon a fairy who grants you the Din's Fire ability.
