How to Break the Shields on the Clay Statues

"Mortal Kombat: Shaolin Monks" was an action adventure game released on the Microsoft Xbox and Sony PayStation 2 in 2005. In the game, you fight using martial arts and take on many different enemies. One of these types are clay statues of soldiers who are initially difficult to defeat because they each wield a clay shield to protect themselves.

      Approach the clay statues.

      Use a power attack to hit their shield. Press the "B" button on the Xbox controller to activate a power attack, or press the "X" button on the PS2 controller to trigger a power attack.

      Move back and away as the statues advance on you, only moving to the statue when ready to unleash another power attack. Use the power attack three times to break the statue's shield and make the enemy vulnerable to attack.
