How to Make Throwing Stars for a Wind Mill

"Ninja Gaiden III: The Ancient Ship of Doom" is a platforming side-scrolling video game released on the Nintendo Entertainment System, or NES, in 1991. In this game, you take on the role of Ryu, and you are given a sword and ranged weapons, including throwing stars. At various parts during the game, you can upgrade your throwing stars to windmill throwing stars.

Instructions

     Play through the game as normal. At the start of every act, the game will give you some windmill throwing stars.

     Continue playing until you reach Han's Bar. The game will let you know when you are inside.

     Walk through the bar until you see a narrow pathway heading up. Walk up towards the narrow pathway to find a hidden windmill upgrade.
