Go to the Oceanside Spider House in Great Bay Coast any time during the First Day.
Enter the first tunnel in the house and look on the walls for the first Skulltula. Kill it and use the hookshot to collect the two tokens. Pass through the tunnel to the first room of the house. You will see a cobweb. Use a fire arrow to burn it, kill the Skulltula and collect its token.
Pass through to the second room and go to the northeast corner. Put on the Goron mask, punch the barrel and collect the Skulltula token. Look for the nearby cobwebs and burn them to get to another barrel. Punch the barrel as Goron Link to get the token inside. Climb the crate near the west wall and use the hookshot to get the Skulltula on the wall. Look up in this room and use your hookshot to get the Skulltula on the ceiling.
Go to the room to the west of the second room. Attack the painting across from the door to get the Skulltula behind it. Climb the bookshelf near the entrance to get another token. Look in the hole behind the bookshelf and use the hookshot to get the token inside of it. Go to the southwest part of the room and move the large bookshelf here to find two Skulltula tokens. Use your hookshot to get the token behind the painting to the south. Climb the bookshelf to the southeast to get the token on top.
Progress down to the basement and collect the token in the stairwell. Smash the pot on the crate near the entrance for another token. Find the cobweb at the north wall of this room and burn it away with a fire arrow, then use your hookshot to get the token in the hole that appears. Go up to the large mask in the room, wait for the Skulltula to come out and kill it for another token. Go to the east part of the room, smash the barrel as Goron Link and kill the Skulltula to get its token.
Go into the room to the northwest, and search the crate by the entrance to get a token. Shoot the beam above the canoes with a fire arrow, kill the Skulltula that appears and collect its token. Search behind the canoes for another token. Smash the crate to the south as Goron Link, turn back to normal Link, crawl through the hole and use your hookshot to get to the token on the ceiling. Go back, use the hookshot to get on the rafter behind the canoes and smash the pot for another token.
Return to the first basement room and go into the eastern room. Smash the nearby barrel as Goron Link and kill the Skulltula for a token. Go to the center of the room, Goron Stomp the table to reveal three Skulltulas and kill them for their tokens. Use the hookshot on the painting and kill the Skulltula for its token. Look up at the ceiling to the west of the room and burn the cobwebs to reveal the last Skulltula. Kill it and get its token.
