My Super Punch Out Is Not Working on the FC Twin Console

Yobo Gameware developed the FC Twin console to play both Super Nintendo and original Nintendo Entertainment System titles. "Super Punch Out" was released for the Super Nintendo in 1994 and should be fully compatible with the FC Twin console. If your copy of "Super Punch Out" will not play, there are a few troubleshooting steps that should help solve the problem.
  1. Test Other Games

    • Try playing another Super Nintendo game. Testing other games will help identify if the problem is with your game or the console. If your FC Twin will not play any games, bring it back to the store from which you purchased it and get a replacement console.

    Correctly Insert the Game

    • Press the "Super Punch Out" cartridge firmly into the Super Nintendo slot on the FC Twin console. Make sure the cartridge snaps into place while the system is off. Turn the console on once the game has been placed correctly.

    Remove Possible Interference

    • Various accessories can cause interference or errors with certain titles. Unplug all accessories from the FC Twin and test to see whether the game will play with accessories detached. If so, the issue is likely one of your accessories.

    Connectors

    • Game cartridges communicate with consoles using connector pins. Examine the pin connectors on both the "Super Punch Out" cartridge and the FC Twin system. They should be free of debris and corrosion. Games or consoles with damaged pins will need replacement.
