Sonic the Hedgehog Character Creator
Click "Play" to start the character creator. You will be presented with a blank, gray Sonic character outline. This is your base model, and you build up your character by using the tools on either side of the figure.
Click the right or left arrow for the "Head" option to scroll through the available head patterns. This allows you to choose the color design for your character's head. You can choose "Polkadots," "Smooth" or "Mecha." Each of these designs can be used with 18 different colors.
Select your desired "Hair," "Mouth," "Eyes" and "Nose." These options are changed in the same way as the head option. Some options, such as "Hair," have a double-sized color panel. This can be used to blend two colors together. Also, under the color panel for "Mouth," there is another field, which is used to set your character's expression.
Choose the values for the options on the right-hand side of your character. These options are used to select the options for the rest of the body. These are operated in the same way as the face controls. On this side, you can select body spikes and tails, as well as the "Body," "Arms" and "Legs" of your character.
Type your character's name in the space directly below the words "Character Designer." Choose your desired background using the option underneath your character, and click on "Save" when you are happy with the finished image. It will be brought up on a new Web page, and from there you can imbed the image into a Web page or save it to your hard drive.
Male/Female Furry Dollmaker
Choose the appropriate version of the program. It may not sound as though it was a Sonic the Hedgehog character creator, but it actually has some Sonic-style hairdos and the option to add tails and ears.
Select the type of part you wish to add from the options displayed in the top right-hand corner of the screen. When you click on the desired options, all the available body parts show up in the large space underneath.
Locate a part you want, and then drag and drop it onto your base character. The base character is in grayscale color on the left of the screen. Select the new body part's color using the control in the top right of the window. Select your character's body color by using the color chart directly above your character.
