Cheats for Lion King on the Sega Genesis

Based on the popular animated film by Disney, "The Lion King" video game puts players in control of Simba as they lead him through the significant moments from the film. When playing the game, a variety of tricks and codes can make the game easier to play.

Random Level
- The random level select trick allows you to play the game for a short time for fun without worrying about beating the game. By plugging a controller into the second player port on the Genesis, instead of the player one port, and then choosing "Start" at the main menu, you will be taken to a level in the game at random.
Level Select
- The level select code allows you to pick the exact level on which to start the game. At the start menu, select "Options" to go to the options menu. Once there, press right on the directional pad, followed by "A," "A," "B" and "Start." You will be allowed to choose the first level you play. Unfortunately, once you complete the level, you will not progress to the next level; instead you will be taken to level 2, as if you had started on the first level.
Infinite Roar
- The roar is Simba's primary method of offense. While it is weak when Simba is young, it offers valuable offense for the less powerful cub. For the adult lion, it becomes even more formidable. To have unlimited roar, go to the options screen, and then press right on the directional pad, followed by "A," "B," "C" and "Start."
